Administrative Staff
Biography:
Annie is a Hart County native, raised “north of the river” in Munfordville. She currently resides in Bowling Green with her husband, Kevin, and son, Max. Annie has been with ACCA since August 2020.
She has a Degree in Geology from Murray State University and comes with 10 years experience as the Assistant Director of the Center for Cave and Karst Studies at Western Kentucky University, and 14 years experience as a Nature Center Director. Annie’s favorite thing about Hidden River Cave and the American Cave Conservation Association is their dedication to protecting, maintaining, and restoring cave habitats across the US.
When Annie is not at Hidden River Cave she loves to cook, hike, bird watch, and ID native wild flowers. She has been caving since she was 16 years old and continues that hobby today. Annie is currently working on her Masters in Teaching with a focus on Middle School Science.
The American Cave Conservation Association (ACCA) is a National 501 (c) 3 Nonprofit Organization.
