Biography:

Bill has practiced law in Kentucky since 1976 with Jackson & Kelly, a large firm with offices in five states. He was a graduate of the Foreign Service School of Georgetown University in Washington, DC and graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School in 1976. He was a managing member of the firm and specialized in Business Litigation and Health Care. He also served as General Counsel for Catholic Hospitals for 30 years.
