Greg Moss Watson

Director

Biography:

Greg Watson received his BA degree in Economics from DePauw University, studied at the London School of Economics and received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  His business career has spanned across Brand management marketing (Procter & Gamble, Dunkin’ Brands) and sales leadership/go to market strategy roles in the CPG/Retail/Agency/Tech spaces (Catalina, WundermanThompson, InMarket Media and LinkedIn). He moved to Nashville in May 2024 and currently enjoys advising earlier stage/small market companies on how to scale up revenue growth.

Greg is originally from Louisville, KY and grew up with fond memories of many Thanksgiving and summer visits to his grandparents’ (W.S. and Nelle Moss) house in Horse Cave and cottage on Lake Nolin. He can still recall holding his breath from the polluted smells emanating from Hidden River Cave as he walked down Main Street on a hot summer day to spend some of his hard-earned money at the old Ben Franklin store. In the summer of 2023, he finally took a tour of the spectacular Hidden River Cave and the museum made possible by all the conservation and revitalization efforts of the ACCA.

Greg’s uncle (John Richards) approached him to consider joining the ACCA board and the opportunity to help support the mission of the ACCA and contribute to the broader health of the Horse Cave environmental and economic ecosystem really struck a chord.

Greg has a passion for connecting with people (and dogs!), world travel, sailing, cooking, and soccer. He co-founded and now serves as a member of the United States Soccer Federation’s Development Council.

The American Cave Conservation Association (ACCA) is a National 501 (c) 3 Nonprofit Organization.
