Board of Directors
Biography:
Emily is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager on the Wealth Client Group’s Strategic Accounts team within Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM). In this capacity, she oversees the firm’s relationships with bank and trust institutions across the U.S., as well as other key intermediary clients.
Emily joined NTAM in 2016. Prior to her current role, she was a Relationship Manager on the National Accounts team at a tactical exchange-traded fund strategist firm and Director of Distribution at a currency manager. In both roles, she was responsible for business development and managing client relationships within the intermediary and institutional channels.
Emily has over 20 years of investment industry experience. In line with her current responsibilities, she began her career at Fidelity Investments where she worked with bank trust institutions and Registered Investment Advisors across the country. Emily holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. She served as Co-President of Women in ETFs, Inc. for three years (2022 – 2024), the first women’s networking organization in the exchange traded fund industry, and currently serves on its Global Board of Directors. Additionally, she has served on the advisory board for Pension & Investments Most Influential Women in Institutional Investing.
Emily resides in East Greenwich, RI and enjoys skiing with her daughter on the weekends in New England.
