Welcome to the American Cave Conservation Association (ACCA) online store. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of physical merchandise through our online store, including T-shirts, mugs, books, stickers, and similar gift shop items.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products and Availability
ACCA makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability information. Product colors and appearances may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen.
All merchandise is subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.
Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers. ACCA does not store complete credit card numbers on its website.
Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the items purchased and available shipping methods.
ACCA makes reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact ACCA as soon as possible, preferably by email.
Orders may be canceled and refunded before shipment. Once an order has shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact ACCA within 14 days of delivery to request a standard return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Pricing Errors and Order Corrections
Although we make every effort to maintain accurate website information, occasional errors in product descriptions, prices, or availability may occur.
If a material error affects your order, ACCA will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and a refund when applicable.

ACCA respects your privacy and uses customer information to process orders, arrange shipping, provide customer service, and carry out other activities described in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

ACCA may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date and will apply to orders placed after the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to physical merchandise purchased through ACCA’s WooCommerce online store. They do not apply to in-person museum gift shop purchases, cave tour reservations, memberships, donations, or transactions processed through separate services.
